Built by operators. Since 2012.
Laundry Wise, formerly Breezy Laundry Lockers, has been building laundry locker businesses since 2012. Founded by Daniel Ezekiel Paul, we supply smart laundry locker hardware and software to more than 100 operators across 7+ countries, with installations running in apartments, offices, gyms, universities, supermarkets, and laundromats.
One company, one name
Breezy Laundry Lockers was the hardware brand. Laundry Wise was the software. In 2026 the two became one: Laundry Wise Pty Ltd sells the lockers, runs the free software and produces the sales materials. Same team, same lockers, same warranty, one website.
Our model is simple. Operators buy the lockers, place them in host locations at no cost to the building, and earn revenue from residents using wash-and-fold and dry cleaning services. We supply the hardware, the software, and the playbook so you can get to market faster and skip the mistakes we already made for you.

Answers to the questions we get asked most
Along with our shipping, returns, and refund policies and the legal details behind the business.
The company
What is Laundry Wise?
Laundry Wise, formerly Breezy Laundry Lockers, supplies smart laundry lockers and the software that runs them to laundromat and dry cleaning operators. Operators place the lockers in residential buildings, gyms, offices, universities, and hotels, and residents use them for contactless wash-and-fold and dry cleaning pickup and delivery.
Who is behind Laundry Wise?
The company was founded by Daniel Ezekiel Paul, who has been building laundry locker networks since 2012. Today Laundry Wise works with more than 100 operators across 7+ countries, with the United States as our largest market.
Who do you work with?
Mostly laundromat and dry cleaning owners who want to grow beyond the counter, plus new founders launching locker-first laundry businesses. If you run a laundry business or want to start one, you are who we built this for.
Where is Laundry Wise based, and where do you ship?
We are an Australian company and we ship worldwide. Most of our orders go to the United States, with active operators across 7+ countries.
The lockers
What are the lockers like?
Tall, slim, matte black towers, each split into two doors with silver keypad locks and numbered badges. Each tower measures 390mm wide, 590mm deep, and 2000mm high. We offer Multi-Purpose, Wash-Dry-Fold, Long-Door, and Express-Drop configurations.
Do the lockers need power or internet?
No. The locks are battery powered and fully offline, so there is no wiring, no building network access, and nothing for the host location to install or maintain. Customers operate the lockers from their own phones.
Can I brand the lockers?
Yes. Branding is applied with decals. We supply the artwork and you print and apply it locally, which keeps shipping simple and lets you update your branding any time.
What warranty do you offer?
Every order comes with a 5-year warranty on both the lockers and the locks. If something fails under normal use, we will repair or replace it. Full warranty terms are set out in your Letter of Engagement.
Ordering and payment
How does ordering work?
You request a quote, we prepare a Letter of Engagement (LOE) with your configuration, pricing, and confirmed shipping rates, and you sign to accept. Payment is 50% deposit on acceptance and 50% balance before shipment. Your deposit triggers hardware reservation, production scheduling, and onboarding.
How much do lockers cost?
Locker pricing runs from $575 down to $300 per locker depending on volume, and most orders land between $3,000 and $16,000 USD including crating and freight. Request a quote and we will price your exact configuration with confirmed shipping rates to your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, which is fee free on every order, or card. Card payments carry a 3.9% surcharge, which is shown before you pay. Orders are invoiced in USD.
How long is my quote valid?
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Ocean freight rates move with the market, so after that window pricing, particularly shipping, may need to be refreshed.
Shipping and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Your delivery window is stated in your Letter of Engagement and is measured from the date your deposit is received, because the deposit is what schedules production. Most orders ship by ocean freight, with air freight available when speed matters.
What if my shipment is delayed?
International freight sometimes runs late for reasons outside our control, including port congestion, customs processing, carrier scheduling changes, and supplier production delays. If your order is affected, we will tell you promptly and give you an updated arrival estimate. Laundry Wise is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and a delay of this kind does not on its own entitle an order to be cancelled or refunded.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
Lockers are produced to order and shipped by international freight, so once your order has shipped we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you need to change or cancel an order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible at contact@laundrywise.com and we will work through the options with you.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds once an order has shipped. If a locker or lock is faulty, we will repair or replace it under our 5-year warranty, and if we cannot do either within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected item to your original payment method. Nothing in this policy excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer protection laws that apply where you are.
What happens if my lockers arrive faulty or damaged?
Inspect your lockers on arrival and report any fault or transit damage to contact@laundrywise.com within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the packaging and the issue. Freight insurance claims require prompt notice, so damage reported more than 7 days after delivery may limit the remedies available to you. Faulty items are covered by the 5-year warranty and we will make it right through repair, replacement, or refund as set out above.
