Do I need new hardware?
No. The app runs in a browser on your existing till PCs and touchscreens. Receipts and garment tags print through your current printers' normal drivers. Card payments start with QR-to-pay, so no terminal is required on day one.
How do the lockers work without wifi?
The locks are battery keypad locks. Customers set their own code at drop-off; the pickup code is always the last 4 digits of their phone number, set by your driver. The app coordinates people and codes, so the lockers need no connectivity at all.
What happens if a customer does not pay?
For locker orders the locker number is withheld until payment succeeds. The customer gets a pay link, and the moment it clears the locker number is sent automatically.
Can I bring my existing customers and price list?
Yes. Catalogues and customer lists import from CSV, with phone numbers normalised and marketing consent handled as explicit opt-in only.
Is there a feature I have to pay extra for?
No. Counter, lockers, delivery, payments, notifications, reporting and multi-store are all included. The only metered item is SMS, billed per message at a price you set and see.
When do I get paid?
Card payments settle to your own connected payments account with our share already deducted. There is no invoice from us at the end of the month for software.
