What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to get it changed or deleted.
Laundry Wise Pty Ltd (ABN 54 167 060 451), an Australian proprietary limited company formerly trading as Breezy Laundry Lockers, is the entity responsible for personal information collected through this website and through the Laundry Wise software.

1. What we collect
We collect the information you give us and a limited amount of technical information about your visit.
- Information you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, delivery address, the number and type of lockers you are interested in, your location type, and anything else you type into our quote, order, contact or booking forms.
- Order and transaction records: quotes issued, Letters of Engagement, invoices, payment status and delivery records. We do not store your full card number. Card payments are handled by our payment provider.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and how you interact with the site.
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information such as government identifiers, health information or racial, political or religious details. Please do not send these to us.
2. How we use it
We use your information to prepare and send quotes, issue Letters of Engagement and invoices, arrange production and freight, provide software setup and support, answer your enquiries, and send you information about your order. With your consent we also send occasional marketing about lockers and operator resources, and you can opt out of that at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
3. Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. As well as the cookies needed to make the site work, we use:
- Google Analytics and Google Ads (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising.
- Pinterest Tag to measure and target Pinterest advertising.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure and target LinkedIn advertising.
These providers may set their own cookies and receive information about your visit, including your IP address. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies will not stop the site working.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties who help us run the business, and only so far as they need it:
- Freight forwarders and carriers, to deliver your order.
- Manufacturing partners, to produce your order.
- Payment providers, to process card payments and bank transfers.
- Software, hosting, email, scheduling, analytics and advertising providers.
- Professional advisers, and regulators or law enforcement where we are legally required to disclose.
5. Where your information is held
We are based in Australia and we work with clients and suppliers in many countries, so your information may be stored or processed outside the country you live in, including in Australia and the United States. Wherever it is held, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected.
6. How long we keep it
We keep quote and enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up, and order, invoice and warranty records for as long as we are required to for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. After that we delete them or remove the details that identify you.
7. Security
We use access controls, reputable hosting and service providers, and staff access on a need-to-know basis. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but if a breach affects you we will tell you and notify the regulator where the law requires it.
8. Your choices and your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- give you a copy of it,
- correct it if it is wrong or out of date,
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it, and
- stop sending you marketing.
Email contact@laundrywise.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under the Australian Privacy Act, the GDPR or United States state privacy laws, and we will honour those rights where they apply to you.
9. Children
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top.
