Marketing switched on
You enable it per store on the marketing screen, with a dry-run mode that shows who would receive it without sending.
Software / SMS and marketing
Transactional messages fire on events, not on staff remembering. The Weekly Nudge brings lapsed customers back with the compliance rules enforced in the send path, not left to you. You set the per-message price and see every send in a ledger.
Text and email when the order is back. For lockers, paid orders get the locker number; unpaid orders get the pay link and the number after payment.
Sent by SMS or email for pay-later counter orders and ready-unpaid locker orders.
Booking confirmation, on the way, delivered, plus the receipt after the card is charged.
Customers hear when an order is back at the store they dropped it at.
Messages carry your store name. In the EU an alphanumeric sender ID; in the US your registered 10DLC number.
Sent, delivered and failed states per message from the carrier webhook, visible on the order.
A win-back campaign to customers who have not ordered recently, with four rules the app checks on every single send.
You enable it per store on the marketing screen, with a dry-run mode that shows who would receive it without sending.
US stores send only once A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration is complete. EU stores use a sender ID and skip this step.
Consent is a checkbox at locker entry and delivery booking, stored with time and source. STOP, STOPALL and UNSUBSCRIBE revoke it automatically; HELP is answered.
Marketing sends only between 9am and 8pm in your own timezone, and every body must end with the opt-out line or the send is refused.
You choose the per-message price at signup and can change it in settings. Every send lands in an append-only ledger showing billed versus cost, swept monthly from your wallet. No credit packs, no unpublished per-credit price.

One login, one order pipeline, one customer record. Each product below is included; there is no tier that unlocks it.
Keyboard-fast order entry, per-garment tags with QR lookup, 80 mm receipts on the printers you own, one customer record across every channel.
OpenTime-window booking, mixed routes across homes, lockers and satellite stores, a phone driver view with navigation and scan-to-confirm stops.
OpenQR-to-pay at the counter, pay-by-link, saved cards charged at book-in or on delivery, settled to your own account with our share already deducted.
OpenBattery keypad lockers with no wiring, pay-first release, QR stickers printed from the app and the pickup code always the customer's own phone digits.
OpenLive dashboard, order timeline, an append-only audit trail, satellite and plant flows, roles from owner to driver and a platform view across every store.
OpenThe Weekly Nudge is the campaign that ships today, with a dry-run mode. Custom broadcasts and segmented campaigns are on the roadmap.
Not yet. Review requests and reputation management are listed in the honest comparison as areas where SMRT and CleanCloud are ahead.
In the US, business texting over local numbers requires A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration with the carriers. Marketing sends are blocked until it is registered; transactional texts still go out. Outside the US it does not apply.
Whatever price you set, shown before each send and in the ledger. Example rates are three to five cents; carrier cost varies by country.
Create your store, connect payments, and take your first order today. Cancel by simply walking away; there is nothing to cancel.
