Lockers with no wiring, and no unpaid pickups.

The lockers have no power and no network. The software never talks to a lock; it orchestrates people and codes, and it hides which locker an order is in until the customer has paid.

The full lifecycle

1

Drop-off

The customer opens any free locker, puts the bag in, closes the door and sets a 4-digit code of their own. The app never stores it.

2

Order placement

They scan the QR sticker inside the door. The portal opens on the right tenant and locker, takes their phone and a note, and asks for marketing consent as a checkbox.

3

Collection

The day's route gains a locker collect stop. The driver reveals the master code (role-gated and audited), empties the locker and scans the sticker.

4

Book-in and charge

Staff itemise at the plant. A card on file is charged at book-in; otherwise the order waits, unpaid, for the ready step.

5

Return and reveal

The driver sets the lock to the customer's phone last 4 and scans. Paid orders get the locker number by SMS at once; unpaid orders get a pay link and the number only after payment.

6

Pickup and auto-complete

The customer types their own phone digits, collects, and the order closes itself 24 hours later.

What the app does for you

Sticker sheets

A print-ready inside-door sticker per locker, with crop marks and a signed QR, generated from the locker grid.

Locker grid and occupancy

Every bank and door in one view, occupancy on the dashboard, and the master code behind an audited reveal.

Payment gate

The pickup code is guessable by design; it is the customer's phone. The secret that enforces payment is which locker, and the app keeps it until the webhook says paid.

Routes that include lockers

Locker collect and return stops sit on the same route as home pickups and satellite shuttles.

Works with any keypad lock

Built on the Breezy lock convention, and the same flow runs on any battery keypad locker that can be left open when free.

Hardware from the same team

Matte black towers, four door types, 5 year warranty, shipped worldwide. See the lockers.

Questions operators ask

Do the lockers need wifi or power?

No. Battery keypad locks only. The software coordinates people and codes; it never connects to the lock.

What if the customer never pays?

They never learn which locker their order is in. The bag sits in a locker your driver can open with the master code, and the order shows as ready-unpaid on your board.

Can I use lockers I already own?

Yes, if they are keypad lockers that can be left open when free. Print the stickers from the app and follow the same flow.

Does CleanCloud or SMRT do this?

CleanCloud sends the locker number and code when the order is ready, paid or not. SMRT uses the same phone-last-4 code with no payment gate. The comparison page has the sources.
