Per-garment tags
Tag numbers auto-assigned, big and bold, with the item name, line notes, customer name and phone last 4. A QR on each tag opens the order on any phone.
80 mm receipts
Thermal receipts and tag sheets print through the printer drivers you already have. No proprietary printer, no driver hunt.
Orders board
Kanban by status or a full table with channel and estimate. Statuses update themselves when a driver scans, so the board is right without anyone touching it.
One customer record
Order history, saved cards, addresses and notes in one profile, shared by the counter, the lockers and delivery. Customers log in to the portal by phone OTP.
Bring your data
Catalogues and customer lists import from CSV. Phone numbers are normalised and marketing consent is explicit opt-in only, never assumed.
Pay at the counter three ways
QR-to-pay, where the customer scans and pays on their own phone. Pay-by-link over SMS or email for pay-later orders. Cash, recorded with zero platform fee. No card terminal is required on day one.

Does it run on my existing till?
Yes. It is a browser app, verified on standard 15 inch POS touchscreens and on keyboard-only PCs. Nothing to install.
Can I photograph garments at check-in?
Not yet. Tags carry the tag number, item, notes and customer, and the order timeline records every handoff. Photo capture is on the roadmap.
What about a bulk commercial drop?
Every item gets its own tag and QR, so a large drop is itemised once and each piece scans back to the right order. Dedicated commercial-account statements are not built yet.
Does it work offline?
No. It needs a connection, like any browser app. Receipts and tags print locally through your normal drivers.
