Stores lose money when staff go home.

Your storefront is locked, but customers still want to drop off and pick up. Manual handovers eat time, shrink margins, and limit service hours.

Smart lockers create a 24/7 unattended flow with minimal change to your model. Extend hours, reduce staff dependency, and improve customer satisfaction without refitting your whole operation.

"Expanding our dry cleaning and pickup service was a big goal, especially in reaching people in apartments and offices. Laundry lockers seemed like the best way to do that, and the team delivered exactly what we needed. The lockers are durable, easy to manage, and they've helped us offer 24/7 service without hiring more staff."

Three perspectives, one workflow

Lockers slot into your existing operation. No POS rip-and-replace. No retraining customers from scratch.

For customers

Drop garments in any open locker during or after hours. Submit the order in your app. Receive SMS or email when ready. Pick up anytime using the access code.

For drivers and staff

View the daily pickup list in admin. Open lockers with the master code. Process garments. Return finished orders to any open locker; the system auto-notifies the customer.

For owners

Monitor orders, payments, and locker activity in your dashboard. Reduce attended hours and extend access. Track ROI with real numbers, not estimates.

Locker type decision matrix

Match locker mix to your service revenue split. Most stores need 5 to 10 lockers to fully automate drop-off and pickup.

Common questions from store operators

How long does installation take?

Lockers arrive pre-assembled and ready to bolt together. Most installs take 2 to 4 hours for a 5 to 10 locker bank. We provide a placement guide, decal application instructions, and software setup remotely. Lockers are battery-powered and offline, so there's no Wi-Fi or wiring required.

Do I need to refit my store?

No. The lockers are modular and bolt together against any flat wall. They're not bolted to the floor, so they can be relocated as your layout changes or your network grows. No drilling, no contractor required for the standard install.

How does payment work for after-hours customers?

Customers pay through your existing POS app or the QR code at the locker. Funds settle to your business account exactly as a counter order would. The system handles authorisation at drop-off and capture at completion automatically.

What happens if a customer doesn't collect their order?

The system sends automatic reminders by SMS and email. After your configurable hold period (typically 7 days), the order flags for staff review. You set the policy that fits your business; most operators charge a small storage fee or relocate to general storage after 14 days.

Will lockers cannibalise my counter business?

The data from operators says no, the opposite. Lockers capture customers who would otherwise go elsewhere because your counter hours don't fit their schedule. Operators consistently report total order volume increasing 10 to 20% within the first 60 to 90 days, with a higher percentage of those orders coming from new customers.

How store owners buy

Most operators do it in this order. Each step is optional on its own, and nothing locks you in.

Step 1

Get started, $299

Laundry Wise software set up in your brand, the twenty sales and marketing assets, your business website and an onboarding call. This is what you pitch buildings with.

What is included
Step 2

Go and win locations

Apartment buildings, offices, gyms, gas stations, universities. The pitch deck, landing page and proposal letter are written for that meeting; the playbooks tell you who says yes and why.

Where lockers go
Step 3

Order lockers on a Letter of Engagement

When a location says yes, order the bank for it. The LOE confirms locker mix, exact freight to the address and the timeline, with a 50% deposit. Lockers ship in about 60 to 90 days.

Locker pricing and the order form

Keeping your current POS? Order the lockers on their own: CleanCloud, Cents and SMRT all run them. Switching to Laundry Wise gets you the pay-first locker release, one customer record across counter, lockers and delivery, and no monthly fee; the $299 setup configures it in your brand.

Ready to order lockers? 5 to 10 for most stores, shipped in 60 to 90 days.

Pick your locker count, lock finish and software path. Submit the order and we confirm exact freight, software setup and the delivery timeline on your Letter of Engagement within 2 business days. Most stores recoup the cost in 6 to 9 months.

Inside your Letter of Engagement

After you submit, our team reviews your situation and sends a personalised package within 2 business days. Here's what's in it.

01

A precise quote with shipping

Hardware cost for your locker mix plus exact freight to your address. No estimates, your final invoice number.

02

Recommended locker mix for your layout

Based on your service mix (WDF, dry cleaning, hanging) and projected volume, not a generic catalogue page.

03

Workflow plan for reducing attended hours

How orders move from drop-off to wash to pickup with lockers in place. Software setup with CleanCloud, Cents, SMRT, or our free Laundry Wise software.

04

Implementation timeline

When hardware ships, when you can be live, and what to brief your staff on.

Form takes about 8 minutes. No payment, no commitment. Submission is reviewed by a real operator on our team.

Ready to automate your store?

Start with the $299 setup and the software runs your counter and lockers in your brand from day one. Already know where the bank is going? Order the lockers now and the Letter of Engagement comes back within 2 business days with confirmed shipping, a recommended locker count for your layout and a workflow outline for reducing attended hours.
